UA的话直接就给退了
AA的话，cancel了以后还要submit request
然后有专门的部分人工审核和退款 |

this post. I was able to hold my ticket for a day.
When I just saw my reservation, it seems that the new policy comes on top of
the hold, but I have
never tried cancelling it.
You have 24 hours to cancel your trip for a full refund if you booked at
least 7 days prior to departure. After you cancel, you can request a refund
online.
I seems too good if user can do both hold and 24-hour cancellation. I don't
think many people are aware of this change, so maybe we are on grace period.
