I would downgrade it, keep it for 180 days and then close it.

It took about two months to open these account due to a lot of mistakes they
made.
Then I received the bonus very quickly.
However, something wrong happened to my wife's account. After I online
chatted with CITI for more than 10 times, finally, they created a Citibank
Service Request Case for me and told me the investigation would last 90 days
!!! WTF!!
Luckily, it did not take such a long time. After about 1 month, we got
another $400.
I have downgraded both the accounts and decide to close them after 180 days.
So you could use online chat to push them creating a ticket for you to do
some investigations. I would never call them since I do not want to waste my
time on the Indian bullshit representatives.
