结果ebates就说不会给cashback，问理由就说商家没有给commission，明显就是瞎扯淡
。之前用了一年多都好好的，就这一批的90%的单都给黑了。
求问怎么解决？现在想的是先等这一期的cashback拿到手后上小额法庭。但是下的单太
多会不会给自己引火上身（没有身份）。或者有什么其他方法么？

如果 ebates 真的没从商家那拿回 commission，可能的原因是商家认为你的购买模式
有 Reselling 的嫌疑，所以拒绝 payout。
一个例子，之前有某个英文博客因为 amazon affiliated links 的流量太大，被
amazon 怀疑，然后就没有 payout，并且撤回了该博客的 affiliated links 的资格 |

“The determination of whether or not a purchase made through an Ebates
Affiliate Store qualifies for Cash Back is at the sole discretion of Ebates.
If an Affiliate Store fails to report a transaction to Ebates or withholds
payment to Ebates for any reason, Ebates reserves the right to cancel the
Cash Back associated with that transaction. If Ebates has any reason to
suspect fraudulent activity is associated with your account, Ebates reserves
the right to delay or withhold payment of Cash Back.”
是不是可以进一步问Ebates，商家是以什么理由不付 commission。当然这是假设
Ebates 不是故意赖账。
Ebates 鸡贼的地方在于：“Should you disagree with any adjustments made to
your account or payments made to you, your sole remedy is to withdraw from
the Program“..."Member agrees to indemnify and hold Ebates, harmless from
any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any party
due to or arising out of Member's use of the Program"
但是呢，Ebates 的这种免责声明在法庭上是不是站得住脚，楼主还是咨询一下专业人
士比较保险。 |

with the vendor ran into issue that data is not passed back correctly, or
data missed, or whatever IT issue or the vendor agreement issue, which may
have nothing to do with you.
i don't think they are obligated to explain to you why they did not get
commission, even if you call them. -- it could be some even machine
learning model that decides you are reseller. they don't need to prove it to
you. this is not like consumer lending where they are regulated that much
and had to explain the denial of credit. it might be totally up to their own
interpretation.
of course, if you can get the court to issue subpoena, they probably would.
but most people here will not spend the effort. |

Ebates 上对于 Walmart的Special Terms: Cash Back is not available on orders
deemed by Walmart to be for reselling purposes.
楼主要想实际解决问题，还是咨询律师吧。继续跟 Ebates 磨，他们估计也不会退让。 |
