年了。
打电话等了n久，客服那个态度差的呀，比吃了苍蝇都难受。想找她manager谈谈，人家
直接把电话挂了。 |

不过saving不到300就收费白纸黑字写着，不算流氓吧，只能怪自己不看policy。

去年10月才开始收的，之前一直没收。
开始收也没通知一下，这种一般别的银行都直接给你把钱免了，这个银行真是一毛不拔。

发帖数: 203 | 5 完全同意！刚收到2张新信用卡，Chase Ritz-Carlton和BoA Premimn Rewards，有事请
问，都打了卡背后电话。
Chase Ritz-Carlton居然直接就是真人接，没有任何语音选项，相当意外！而且同一个
客服处理了我其它chase信用卡的一些要求。
BoA按语音提示按了无数次过后，居然是自动应答说该服务不支持通过电话处理我的卡
！而且直接就断了！在过程中任何时候按0都没用。 最后是用手机app里的contact BoA
才联系上真人。 |

提议大家把saving都给关了，反正留着也没用，还白收你钱。
银行的钱都是fed来的，fed根据客户数来发钱，关账号，就是银行的损失。

BOA最抠。我因为很久没用DEBIT卡，他们居然过期不给续，然后我在网上转钱又要我提

连个最基本的cs都搞这么差，整这些额外的服务对我一点用也没有，我也从来没用过。
要不是转钱方便点，我今天会把所有的boa账号全部关掉的。

各种服务都很好，没有哪个银行比上他们家，所以chase开了关了，wf因为房贷在里面
所以不得不继续开。

他家ATM多，离家门口很近。到他家做过百元大钞换小钱，免费又快。
如果你不用local branch. 只想存300拿bonus,那么你不是优质客户，流失对银行是好
事。BOA利息毫无意义，0.1%什么的，不拿bonus你不会开的。
我发现太好的企业都活不长。以前wamu,免所有费，送支票，结果不到一年给chase买了
；有个orchard 2%信用卡被capital one 买了；家门口有个中餐馆有天发现全家去30块
竟然吃得又饱味道又好，结果第二个月发现关门了；...

账号和所有其它的东西全转到其它银行了。

又一个吝啬老中纠缠， 谁不烦？
当年你开户的时候不就是抱着占小便宜那样的心态吗？ 人家银行不是你小时候的储蓄
罐， 你拿银行卡的时候条款白纸黑字写得很清楚。
想要收费便宜的银行？ 穷人就应该去信用合作社那样的银行， 但是就没有什么便宜可
占了。 |

maintain fee，其他银行以前都很轻松的免了， BOA的直接就说sorry。要不是
因为有时用BOA transfer，肯定关账号完事。
