Starbucks gc load fund 收到credit了，买gc 还没收到。
PayPal 和 wineinsiders 还没收到。

刚问了AMEX客服， 答复如下
Due to a technical issue, our card members are not receiving PayPal credit(s
) for qualifying charges.
This issue is identified and we are working on this. You should see your
credit posted within 12 weeks of the charge posted date. |
