A source close to the situation has told Fox Sports Ohio that The Big
Ten has offered an invitation to Nebraska to become the 12th member of
the elite conference.
Over the weekend, the Big 12 Conference demanded a loyalty pledge from

the expanded big 10 will be renamed big 12 and yield it's formal name to the
current big 12. |
