I take my previous post back. After further reading the rule, a backward
pass hit the ground is not defined as a fumble (I always thought it was). So
the play was good and the ruling was right.

首先，这个球是不是fumble，如果是那只有holder能拿球前进。。。否则死球如果不是
，那只能理解为backward pass...
其次，如果是backward pass,那么pass hit the ground了，就应该是pass incomplete
...还是死球。而且规则里没有这时不是pass incomplete的例外。。。
这个Play如果holder直接把球传给Kicker的情况下是没问题的，以前LSU成功也都是这
样的。。。现在的这种情况真是给裁判出的难题。。。。
