It may be valid if you say this 2 weeks ago.
Now there is no way for Texas to be No. 1 seed, most likely No. 3 -- outside
chance for No. 2.

duke as a No.1 seed. their rank gets help from their past reputation. if
they are really #1 seed material, they should dominate ACC which is rather
weak this year.
