If mizzou leaves for sec, and big12 will raid big east for sure. I don't
think lousiville and wvu will decline the invitation from big12 even it is
not as stable as other four conferences.
Eventually, pac12 will be the loser of the conference re-alignment if they

示诚意，big east要把散伙费提高到1千万。
pac 12搞来2个一般的，也不算loser, 搞了个大deal (当然下面SEC,
B1G重新签的时候又要超过了，越后签，钱越多嘛)
我觉得最大赢家不是conf, 而是学校。utah, colorado, pitt, syr,
tcu, mizzou都是大赢家. neb, atm也算赢家吧。
SEC利用expansion赢得了重新谈判签约的权利（否则要到2025才新合同，要哭死），也是
大大赢家。
