候是有罪推定， 基本上有人告学校就会通知你走人。

administrative leave immediately (he's already retired though), the AD/VP
because they have been named in a lawsuit, JP - i'd prefer him to leave now
but i don't know legally if i can put him on forced administraive leave.

RACIAL和SEX取证是很难的， 学校一般都是求稳。
最近买买提上那位老兄就在第一时间被通知辞职还是接受调查。 接受调查后市不能辞职的， 只能被解
雇， 除非学校认定你无辜。 这位老兄只是在课堂上说在中国学生是要记公式的， 在这里我可以允许你
们抄到考场， 结果黑人告了种族歧视。 走人。

Not just one kid claimed the coach molested them. The PSU officials at least
were negelient. They should handled the case when any complains about this
kind of this behaviors.
