Herman说，我们这边的硬件设施太落后了，听说克莱门森的新设施都建了mini golf球
场，而我们这边更衣室连个外放音箱都没有。于是要求升级，然后就批了，2000万升级
更衣室和健身房，到六月底就要完工，建晚了怕影响招生，这个周末的junior day,装
修蓝图都展览出来了～赢得一片喝彩。
要不说Herman聪明，抓住好时候，先把东西要上再说，出不出成绩都是后话。除此之外
，Herman还创造出了一堆新的职位，包括从巴马挖来一个专门做招生海报的，一下子体
育部每年多支出好几十万的工资。。。
对比一下Strong真是老实人，刚来的时候，那时的AD超级ego，Strong啥也不敢要求，
连和AD见面都要向AD助理申请。结果待了两年，换上新AD了，又没啥战绩可以去要求了
，貌似三年下来，从AD那里要来的好处，就是给更衣室置办了两张乒乓球台。。。省出

赚了这么多钱，不升级要想出好成绩是很难的。现在好的设施都是标配，这可是球员未
来4年都要待的地方。高中小屁孩可看重了，别人一来个official visit就看出高下了。
