布什年代，小药厂的 Phase III 的药批准只有 20% 不到，现在应该有 40%，这药厂的
药是被批准生产了，股价从 $6 到 $40 多，可惜后来有点不知天高地厚，销售方式出
了差错，搞成悲剧了。。。

line of work, which is software engineering, it's only less than 10%.
If we use that, the average is only $25K. I can't believe it, so, 10% gotta
