adjusted age:7months
都有reflux, dr brown bottle, 嗝很多，每吃1oz拍嗝，每次1-10分钟，所以每次喂奶
要1小时。放crib只能睡半小时，然后被嗝弄醒，所以经常抱睡。
能burp,但要抱着走burp才能出来。放highchair burp出不来还spitup. burp出不来就又哭
又跳
我remote work几个月，马上要隔天上班，LG也是，没人帮。所以每天一人管两。
想问问有没有好的经验带两。feed一个的时候另一个怎么办？哄一个睡觉时另一个怎么
办？有没有办法让宝宝不抱着走也能burp. 多谢。 |

亲自看着，找保姆不用担心保姆不负责，应该还是很好找的 |

as rsv. so,
we are very picky about hygiene -- we take shower and change all
clothes
everytime we go out; we go shopping at 5am and we wash hands very often.
it
's hard to find a good nanny, so we decide to handle them by ourselves.

deadline，所以每天睡得少,burp抱睡时也工作. 上司也好，给了很多帮助，让我在家
工作了几个月，所以不会辞了，打算撑半年等他钔reflux好了就容易一些

他们现在健康状况怎样？已经7个月大了，如果没怎么生过病的话，不需要那么注重卫
生条件的。既然大人出门都要沐浴更衣，你是不是都没把他们带出门过啊？免疫力是接
触“脏东西”之后提高的，越是想给孩子维持一个无菌环境，越是会让他们脆弱。如果
实在不放心的话，跟儿医谈谈吧。 |

careers depend on me... i will prioritize the tasks so that i can maintain
my health. i will stop pumping soon so that i will get 10 more hrs to work
every week. i hope to find a way to handle both ...

可能比普通的难一点，但是总比不去找的好。完全自己撑

answered
those ques. basically, i want to know how to handle both together
without
making them cry/spit up too much. how to get their burps out without
keeping holding them and walking.

ask your ped abt that?

taking them to see ped... our phone is always on "do not disturb. i sleep
for 4hrs every day (sometimes more when i am really tired) and work when
twins are sleeping. i attend meetings through skype. although i tried hard
to work, i was not able to work as much as i did before -- actually much
less. my lg handles shopping.
