lecture, office hour etc.etc.......
It has been 5 hours and my right breast is full of milk now! It feels like I
have to pump soon otherwise it would be hurt. My left breast has little
milk though.
I have reduced from 4 pumps to 3 pumps per day. My right breast refills
around 6-8 hours. It doesn't seem that I will run out of milk in days as I
have to pump once the breast is full.
Is there any food that would reduce the milk production? I heard about MAIYA
, but have no clue about what it is, where I could get it and to prepare it.

原本是每天pump3-4次，每次15分钟左右
断奶的时候就减少pump时间，就是pump到breast不涨了就立刻停止，然后再减少pump次
数，前后一共用了快一周才完全回奶的

immediately when you feel comfortable. The milk will dry up gradually. |

炒麦芽50克，米酒水500cc（没有就用白开水水代替试试）
炒麦芽跟米酒水一起入锅，中大火煮20-30分钟一直到麦芽粒爆开即可熄火。然后过滤
杂质饮用。 |

以减产到每天泵两次，然后和奶粉混起来喂呢？我觉得对于宝宝来说母乳还是好消化些

发帖数: 9939 | 7 如果一天两泵可以的话我就两泵。问题是我根本扛不到12小时啊。晚上我不泵但是还会
胸喂。现在硬的不得了了。7个小时。泵奶中。摸着很多小硬块。
我觉得太累了，生活质量太差了，决心断了。

要是晚上睡觉随便泵泵，不会睡到一半又胀得不行拉？白天随便泵泵那3，4个小时候后
不是又得泵拉

英文似乎是malt，买生的也行，回家自己炒熟然后煮了喝。
米酒水不是米酒，酒精成分低于1%啊，没有的话就用水代替就行了我觉得。

我现在先泵小奶，然后把大奶泵出小奶的1.5倍就打住。想把大奶的量先给降下来先。
现在是4到5倍的差距。 |

我还吃韭菜，据说不能炒熟了吃，所以我是用开水焯一下，拌点橄榄油和一点点酱油吃

奶吃什么，结果完全没效果。最后憋住了就是不泵奶，奶多的1个多小时就把溢乳垫都
完全渗透了，还往下滴，rf超级大。就这样不停的换溢乳垫，3天就没有那么硬了，一
个星期就完全回奶了。
