Android market: fully supported, 100 thousand apps to play with!
Storage: 8GB internal storage, plus micro-sd card slot
Software Summary:
Video playback: install free Rockplayer from the Android Market and would play almost all video format; hardware decode for H264
GPS: Google GPS, the GPS chip is built in so it is very accurate; the Google GPS for Android is the best GPS app I have seen, street name TTS, 3D navigation, traffic. The only issue is that it needs data plan to stream map info; but you can download other Android map if you are going to the mountains.
Reading: some free PDF reader software to play with.
Size: exactly 50% size of iPad, and 65% of the weight.

I played current Nook Color, and it has Android 2.1, but too customized to
fit B&N needs, no video play back, no Android market.
I heard the 2.2 update for Nook Color is coming out, and it will be a big
lift from the current version, but still no full Android market access.
My summary: if you have a free data plan (like me, I put my corporate
blackberry t-mobile sim card in it and it works very well), and want to
enjoy wireless for free, go ahead now for the S7; if you would like to have
a better experience on reading (clearer text and longer battery life), then
wait a bit time for the Nook Color's updated version. | j******a

我也有iPad, 因为谷歌操作系统和面板灵敏度的问题，华为的差距是明显的，但是尺寸
上我觉得7寸更合适做平板，而且可以放在外套口袋里，很方便。
网络连接上，其他几个上3G的都要额外合同，或者额外月费。像我这样已经有数据计划
的，直接把sim card 往里面一插就好用。
相对于Samsung Galaxy，往往第一感觉是操作不那么灵敏，那是因为触屏的种类不同，
但是只要花10分钟熟悉一下，马上就顺手了。本质上，两台机器的使用没有大的不同，
一个是2.2，一个是2.1（明年初升级），一个是1024×600， 一个是 800×480，芯片
都是1G（华为的降频到768但是基本感觉不出来，而且今后应该可以恢复回去）。电池
续航上，华为要差不少，但是电池可换，在ebay上已经有卖，20刀一个。Samsung如果
没有合同要600，买两年合同要400，太贵。 | j******a

不支持multi-touch.不过据说capacitive的S7马上会上市。这样的话还不错
我没买Galaxy Tab的主要原因是不能插SIM卡。S7可以，所以可以考虑一下...

For AT&T, you need to root it first, then set up the AT&T APN, and then it

support 3G, and shows it only does wifi. I think it just want to avoid
trouble with the carriers (selling an unlocked device is kind of sensitive
