。 美国销售模式跟别的地区区别太大， 卖unlocked在美国是没前途的。现在nokia上

Nokia/RIM这些都是设备+渠道+内容,和三星HTC这种纯设备商路子不一样. 他们最终希
望的是能建立后台一堆服务套住客户. 从这个意义上说如果Nokia咸鱼翻身和那堆GOOG
服务是竞争关系. WP还没长起来, 和MS一起把这些服务做起来是各取所需.
比如navigation, Nokia是有key patent的, MS能在mango里面做turn by turn
navigation还是沾了Nokia的光.
Android不挣钱是因为机种太多了, 每个都卖不了多少, 不象iphone那样到哪里都有规
模效益. WP试图走中间路线, platform做封闭系统, 这最终会给设备商省钱.
iphone $310和andriod <$30的每机利润是统计结果, 大家不用瞎自己猜测了. 可能左

时相当流行的翻盖手机. 现在这次估计凭NOK自己活过来是不可能了，竞争对手实力太

Nokia/RIM这些都是设备+渠道+内容,和三星HTC这种纯设备商路子不一样. 他们最终希
望的是能建立后台一堆服务套住客户. 从这个意义上说如果Nokia咸鱼翻身和那堆GOOG
服务是竞争关系. WP还没长起来, 和MS一起把这些服务做起来是各取所需.
比如navigation, Nokia是有key patent的, MS能在mango里面做turn by turn
navigation还是沾了Nokia的光.
Android不挣钱是因为机种太多了, 每个都卖不了多少, 不象iphone那样到哪里都有规
模效益. WP试图走中间路线, platform做封闭系统, 这最终会给设备商省钱.
iphone $310和andriod <$30的每机利润是统计结果, 大家不用瞎自己猜测了. 可能左
右有些出入, 量级是不会错的.
APPs? 别开玩笑了, appstore绝大部分利润都在apple.
