0.9c vs 1c 不是什么问题。
主要还是看通话质量，
用talk86的话，gv只是backup line，优先用talk86的line吧
如果gv的通话质量比talk86好的话，就肯定drop talk86了。

其实你如果交过1c的可以一直挂在talk86那里的，多一个备用线路，也没啥坏处，不再
