in a small company in the greater Boston area.
PhD and 8+ years relevant pharma/biotech experience for Associate Director
position.
PhD and 4+ years, or MS/BS with 7+ years experience for Sr Scientist
position.
Extensive experience on analytical method development/validation/transfer,
such as HPLC, GC, MS, KF, Dissolution etc. on DS and/or DP (small molecule).
Able to manage CDMO/CRO independently or with limited guidance.
Familiar with clinical trial requirements.
Excellent/good communication skills.
Structure elucidation/Impurity identification a plus
Solid state experience a plus
Strong problem solving capability
Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced company.
