was it a close match?
ur skill level is already 1900+, u just need to play more tournaments,
improve
the ability of showing your real level in tournament matches, also improve
your stamina s.t. u can play enough matches in one tournament to have teh
CHANCE
to show ur real level.

game, but won the last 3 games, all at deuce.
心态上,我好像比较坚决(hpzd告我说要争取打重一点),打出几个对方没想到我能打
出的好球,结果他反而有点过于保守(可能是一开始时过低估计我的能力,后来又过高
估计我的真正实力),他后来手软了,否则我不会有机会的。
后来跟另一个高手打,他比我还要坚决,决不手软。然后我觉得他的球超转(他用的是

interval training, like playing against a robot, u have to exercise at 90
percentage of ur max heart rate (HR) = 220-ur age, for a few min.s, then
slow down to 60-70 percentage, then exercise back to 90, repeat that cycles
for 20-30 min.s
in order to improve ur stamni, u can try cycling (if do not like road cycle,
try stationary cycling classes in gym) or swimming if u do not enjoy jogging
that
much.

ur level, unless u are one sided penholders (for some, it did)
Penholder has natually weak backhand, they either add LPs on their
backhand, or learn reverse backhand looping, otherwise change
to shakehand as a blocker(could use LPs on their backhans).
for a looper shakehand, u might try to use short pips/medium
pips to see if it works for u, unless u like to try to be a
chopper, do not need to try LPs. |
