c****8 发帖数: 407 | 1 Hi guys...
I work for a small company for a few years. When I was in school, I learned
about SDLC and Waterfall model.
In company that I worked, we talked about we should do "Extreme Programming"
, "Scrum Development" and "Agile" etc for a while. However, even we kept
mentioning those terms once a while, I did not really feel we followed any
of those methodologies. We may use some ideas such as breaking down project
to small and frequent release, having frequent meeting between developers
and user groups and having a close teamwork etc. However, when it comes to
deadline, it seems the only methodology is to do whatever we can to do to
deliver a working product.
Since I have been working with the same company for many years, I wonder how
other companies would do with development methodology. It seems most jobs
outside had a requirement for experience with Agile development (Not
management level jobs, but just as Developers or Software QA Analyst or
Engineers.)
Does your company want you to put a lot of effort to ensure you are on track
with a development methodology? or you just do whatever the manager asked,
and trying to deliver a product?
Any information or discussion are welcome.

Daily scrum meeting, talk about what you did yesterday and what you do
today. All working items trackable in JIRA or similar management system.
Tight sprint 2-4 weeks. Easy to figure out who's the weakest link.

好在不用讨论大扩号放在哪一行,变量名是否要有_

| c****8 发帖数: 407 | 8 LOL... That's why I am so confusing... The development manage did not do
anything to enforce it, claiming it won't work. Sometime, we did things similar to Scrum, but sometime, it does not.
Anyway, my company is getting more and more "bs" stuffs... The company
expanded with so many managers and designers who love meetings, but none of them seems to really understand the system well enough... | h**********c 发帖数: 4120 | 9 Who delivers the product, whose methods recognized. that is ONLY if methods.
not if methods then product.
methodoloy 1st chapter in SW is KISS.
Then,
SRS, SDD, STP
I believe 1 and 3 are quite useful. 2 takes too much time.
This is the textbook methodoloy.
The scrum guys seem trying to do none of them. We have so many master minds
of race conditions. The frequency of fwords rock high. This is not the fault
of scrums. | c****8 发帖数: 407 | 10
methods.
minds
fault
KISS - keep it simple and stupid.
SRS - software requirement and spec
SDD - software design description
and STP?? Do you mean STD - software test document?

To ensure software quality, (1) review (code/design)
(2) testing
