用15的数据是因为更新的数据没有分得这么细。按现在这个势头, phone要完蛋，
comsumer要下降很多。唯一的出路其实就是commercial licensing了。我觉得其实
主要就是office相关的业务。而office是一个很老很老的业务了，要grow非常难。
买linkedin不失为desperate又没有别的办法的前提下的一着棋。微软那批鸡毛服务
和linkedin一结合估计能变出不少收费项目，然后乘上linkedin上那么多人头，
至少ppt应该能做得非常好看的。薅人头这事做起来并不容易，微软自己做过社区，
google也做过不止一次，都没有做成。
这个跟买Nokia还是有点不一样的。微软+nokia是弱弱联合，微软+linkedin则是
强强联合，或许还真能让微软再多撑几年。怕就怕收购一成养肥了一批人大家都
exit了还是没有momentum。要能把Larry Ellison再招过来就完美了。

公司的电脑上同时有skype，office messenger， lync三种一样作用的东西，不知道什
么意思。
linkedin以后的鬼城化是可以看见的。

Just like what smart veteran investors always say, "Cash is also a
position." If there are no clear good investment opportunities then
hold onto your cash and wait for the right time.
MSFT is still profitable like hell, and will be so for a long long
time, no matter how you look at it so there's no need to panic over
anything, especially no need to chase social network bubbles.
LNKD is overrated from top to bottom. They barely make ends meet
despite being in the business for 10 years. IT business moves fast.
If they cannot turn profitable after a decade then the verdict is
in: their business model sucks.
I also interviewed quite a few LNKD people, and I could tell they
were average at best, ain't worth half as much as their salary.
Forget about "FLG hire the best" myth. Total BS at least for L.
Share holders need to revolt against Nadella right away.

微软不做大规模收购是等死，做大规模收购或者是找死或者是翻盘。与其等死，不如干
它一票！
