if you work for a chinese company, school or government, it is very
difficult to keep your GC.

发帖数: 695 | 3 the 白皮书(re-entry) application says if you live 4 years out 5 outside of
US, the re-entry may only valid for 1 year. I guess it can be renewed, but
you need to consult an attorney. In all the case,you are at the mercy of the
immigration officer at the airport, if you live more half of the time out
of US. If you do not have re-entry, it is recommended come to US every 6
month. If you have re-entry, in less than a year (for citizen purpose). ask
google you will see.
