you should have some common sense before starting preparing the forms.
b1 for business visit.
b2 for personal travel/shopping/visit
b1/b2, dual purposes | s****g

Who would want to belong the the same category as medical treatment?!
I guess a normal person would like to avoid it if at all possible.
Regardless, B2 should be the right answer, even though it is very disgusting

BTW, I check my father's previous visa like 7 years ago, it said B1/B2! | z****e

's "B1/B2" on the visa page.
