Ryan Hall 15年跑步生涯的第一次DNF：
Well, the Olympics did not go at all how I had dreamed or hoped. It was gut
-wrenching for me to have to drop out of the marathon. I never had dropped
out of a race in my 15 years of running and had never thought I would. I am
still in a bit of shock and still processing. My entire running career had
been pointing toward this Olympics, so when it went worse than I could have
ever imagined it was a very painful experience.
I find that the best way for me to deal with disappointment is to re-
establish perspective and hope. The perspective I need now is looking at
the Olympics in the light of my entire career and how that experience can
help me break through in the future. I always learn more in my failures
than in my successes. While I never hope for my biggest failures to come in
the Olympic Games I will use it to my advantage in the long run.
With a renewed perspective comes hope for the future and with that hope
comes inspiration to train for the next big race. I am already excitedly
looking at things I need to tweak in my training, but first I need to make
sure my body is 100 percent healthy. I don't believe there is such a thing
as a "bad race" for me, unless the experience fails to inspire, direct, and
guide me to my next goal. Running at the very basic level is all about
breaking the body down so that it adapts and builds itself stronger for the
next challenge. |

发帖数: 41236 | 7 当时比赛采访的时候就是说hamstring还是哪儿拉伤了， 但貌似
不是很严重， 感觉心里的因素更大些....
还是很佩服Meb的， 刚开始好像跑到快20名了， 最后居然追到第4名，
真的是mental太tough了.....

保守点，多留点体力多好。
日本的几个选手也很猛。

被介绍，后来又是连追多人获得第四。
ryan hall的实力要在奥运会拿奖牌几乎没有可能。 |
