那个在国内确实很贵，但电梯公寓不该这么贵啊。

This dude is like 2nd generation ABC, he's moving to Chengdu for some IT
job ( in game design). Those are on the high end of the market, but I am
still shocked at the price. The $500k one they looked like the houses here,
but they need to put 40% cash down payment and they could not handle it, it
is further south ( maybe hua2 yang2 area?) |
