能有90万的offer。
可是起先那个1.02million的房子是全新的，还在著名的cupertino.

也买房了,和过家家一样.后来买了没多久就搬走了,按道理应该会觉得太折腾.可是
我们现在都觉得房子就象车子了,主要是住得舒服.而且,这一买一卖,我们还赚了一些,
算额外的.我们买的时候是做好跌10%打算的.

house for ever. especially for starting families.
between cherry chase/stocklmeir-collins, stocklmeir might be better if
you have small kids:
1) no need to worry about schools until after middle school, which is ~
10 years away, who knows what's gonna happen.
2) (slightly) nicer neighborhood, since the houses/lots on average are
bigger.
3) if possible, stay clear of the high voltage power lines in cherry
chase neighborhood. d

cupertino middle. Cupertino middle is just at side of HWY 85. I went there
myself and the traffic noise is a big problem. Also if you buy at stocklmeir
neighborhood, Cupertino middle is too far away from your home. There are
also lots of apartments/condos for rent in stocklmeir area (for example, on
Kingfisher Rd). Just my thoughts.

states. It's believed that it plays a factor in property values.
Two HV power lines affecting Sunnyvale:
One line basically parallel to 85, (east of 85), from el camino all the
way to Fremont Ave, runs through west cherry chase neighborhood (west of
Bernardo).
Then it turns to west side, through the Bellevue neighborhood of
Sunnyvale and Los Altos.
