— In an attempt to replenish some of the state's diminished revenue, a new
bill would tax California's highest-income earners at a higher rate. The
bill, by Assemblyman Warren Furutani, D-Long Beach, would increase the state
income tax rate to 10 percent for those with annual incomes greater than $
250,000, and to 11 percent for those earning more than $400,000 per year.
The tax hike would last for five years and is modeled after a plan enacted

哪里能per year省700million,也就第一年省，以后不还都是enroll一年的学生吗。
而且不划算的是每年都有很多人要多付一年的daycare钱，而政府省钱也只能省这一年
