discounted 3gs yet. of course they will charge more in this case. hard to
undertand?
they might offer exchange phone with lower price if things not going well.
that case, they make money back by selling the 3gs as refurbish.

Otherwise, if you are in the contract for less than 1.5 yrs, $399.
I'll have to wait till next April to qualify $199.
