Townsend Park in north San Jose. The roommate is an easy-going
professional Chinese male who is 28 years old.
-furnished bedroom with big comfortable new bed, desk, floor lamp, desk
lamp, big closet.
-own big bathroom and tub.
-comcast high speed internet, water and electricity included
-Walking distance to Costco(about 0.7 mile), Ranch 99 grocery
store(about 0.5 mile), many nice restaurants nearby.
-complex has pool, hot spa, laundry, etc.
-beautiful townsend park and Golf course outside.
-close to freeways (680,880,101). Easy to go to work.
Professional worker or student is preferred, who is clean, respectful
and easy-going. $300 deposit is required.
