一带的新区，不过hayward整体房价跌太低了，连带拉低那一带的房价而已。 不看学区
，hayward的交通位置不差，房子不难租出， 30万以下的sfh有机会有positive cash
flow。 一堆hayward hill 10多万左右的condo /townhouse 也可以有positive cash flow
