The only possible issue: too many Vietnam immigrations, which means your
kids will have lots of Vietnese classmates

交通方便，房价适中，小学有几个900 以上的。
有一定的升值潜力。

year the API will for sure be more than 900, she has a kid in this 小学.
the middle school API is around 860.
my neighbor also said in Sinnott小学, asian kids API is 950 ( include
vietnamese), chinese/indian kids API is 980.

far away from 臭味 and county jail. but if you live near 880, especially
in northern part of Milpitas, you may suffer from 臭味 and county jail
problem.
there is a nice community near Landess and Piedmont Hill, houses are newer,
streets are nicely landscaped, lots of parks. And the air is actually
better than central part of valley like sunnyvale, cupertino, daytime the
sky looks more blue, at night you can see many stars in the sky, which I
could not when I used to live in Sunnyvale. | Z*******n

Palo Alto, but they are not bad.
as I said earlier, elementary API was 890 and maybe more than 900 this year
, middle school is 860, milpitas high school is about 800.

I also heard you have much better chance getting into good colleges if you
are top student in a mediocre high school than be a mediocre student is a
top high school.
