发帖数: 6961 | 11 It seems the townhouse is close to a busy road, so might be noisy.
When you sell the property, the cost is 10%+ of the selling price, so if
the housing price does not increase in the next 5 years, you will definitely lose money.
If you plan to sell it after 5 years, I do not think it is a good buy.

发帖数: 516 | 13 30多万的房子，地税就是3、4百一个月，具体要看当地的税率和房价吧
取上限400的话，加上HOA，再买点保险，一个月也差不多一千刀出去了。

before tax money.
Also, you have 3-400 dollar as equity, depending on how you look at it.

而且现在的利率，那个mortage就$1100-1200吧，然后有tax benefit on interest和
property tax。。。所以应该和$1500左右的房租差不多。如果将来升级不是一定要卖
了这个才有钱买的话，可以考虑一下。否则很折腾。。。房子也很旧了，不晓得将来的
维护啥的会怎样
当然自己的房子住着的感觉还是不一样
