？Apartmentrating上面评价都不算太好，Hillsdale Garden Apartments的评价尤其差
，不过貌似他家包PG&E
另外，大家还有什么推荐么？不一定非要在San Mateo，附近的Burlingame或者Foster
city都行。
预算：1 Bedroom不超过1600

发帖数: 562 | 2 I live near Hillsdale Garden Apt but never lived or walked inside. The
apartment building is old. Many people choose to live here because:
1. There seem be some public subsidized units for rent, which I am not sure.
2. It is 5 minutes walk to Caltrain station.
If these 2 things are not applicable or appealing to you then I would look
at both San Bruno and South San Francisco areas. There are many more new
apartment units available within your budget limit in these 2 cities. | f*******a

I have heard that San Bruno and SFF are a little bit cold and sometimes
windy...

发帖数: 92 | 4 I lived in Scotchollow Apartment before. Be aware of them, they charge you
everything..storage fee, parking fee, garage fee, water..even if they don't
charge you now, they will give you a notice once you move in.
After your lease expired, if you don't sign for another 12 months, they will
charge you $200 + market rental price which is about $1900-$2000 for one
bedroom.
After you move out, even if you clear the house nicely, don't expect they
refund you the deposit.
They allow dogs and cats. I have to deal with bugs issues for about 4 months
.

各方面都好一些，纠结啊。。。 |
