它向我要保险，我也按要求faxed!
然后就直接 in-forced, without advanced warning or statement!
我还非得给房子买double insurances.

去年是第一($19.8B), WF是第二($18.1B).

体的应该还是富国第一。

fax could be very problematic if you are using VOIP.
it is not guaranteed it will go through even your machine said completed.
i tried couple place from mine.
some went through no problem
some never even able to start
and some said completed but the otherside didn't get it.

But it did not waive late charge:

After careful review of the situation, unfortunately we cannot comply with
your request to waive the late fee on your account. Any fees that have been
assessed to your account would be an accurate reflection of your monthly
payment being received outside of the grace period and will not be waived.
