the police since she "did not know English."
When a police car flashes its light, you have to stop on the side of the
road. Then you have to stay inside the car and roll down your window. If
you step out of the car or reach under your seat, you will be warned. If
you ignore the warning, you could be killed. There is no one other than you
and the police on the side of the road!
