但是老中眼镜店帮我提交的reimburse申请结果下来显示我消费了400块,
仍然reimburse了180块, 其他的算是patient pays. 可是我没有pay那么多啊.

They charge as much as insurance allows for certain things.
Of course, insurance will counter back as low as possible.
In your case, if they don't file for 400. They can't get 200.
In other words, if they file for 200, they can only get 100.

我保险有max allowance, 没有spend limit.

insurance漫天要价比较可靠

about, you only care about your copay and your FSA money back.
