月初付清贷款收到贷款银行一封信说“We will forward the satisfaction/release
of mortage to the courthouse for proper removal of lien. If requested at the
time of payoff, we will forward to the Title Company or Attorney to handle
the release process. ”。
然后陆续收到贷款银行寄来的(cancelled original documentation of )“Deed of
Trust”,以及县Assesor-County Clerk-Recorder转寄并显示已经纪录(Recorded in
Official Records)的“Substitution of Trustee”和“Full Reconveyance”,还有
多收的61 cents支票一张。
请问贷款银行怎样才算完全撤销了lien?是不是他们或者Title Company or Attorney
还要寄给我什莫文件?我还需要做什莫吗?多谢指教! |
