半岛的城市都还可以.
你的价钱可以试一试san Bruno和Millbrae. SSF和Daly city雾大些,受飞机噪音干扰的
地区也大些. Oakland不必考虑了, 距离SSF太远.

关键是还有个猫猫。。。好多公寓都不允许有pet 泪奔

daly city 的那个叫track house， 每个房子都没有什么地， 那才不好呢。

Chinese community, public transportation, etc. Though it is closer to SFO,
the noises is not as bad as San Bruno, South SF, Daly City because the
take off path goes other directions.
BTW, Daly city is notoriously foggy, I don't think you would like living
there. I guess that is why it is more affordable.
One bad thing about Millbrae could be the wind, due to the hills, some
neighborhoods have stronger wind than others. Near downtown area is less
windy. Anyway, wind is a problem in many neighborhoods on peninsula, unless
you go south pass Belmont.
A few more choices on peninsula, if you are willing to go more south, though
expensive:
- Foster City: Lots of Chinese people, convenient shopping, windy, heavy
traffic
- San Mateo: closer commute to SSF, warmer, also lots of Chinese, more
business and shopping, bigger town and more public services (this is where
the county office is)
- San Carlos: good school, good weather, smaller town (if that is what you
like), their high school last year passed Mills High becoming the top API on
Peninsula.
- In general, the more you go up hills, the better homes and more expensive.
But a few downtown areas are actually quite good places to live. | w****4

发帖数: 1079 | 15 谢谢你，写了这么多给我，我要好好研究一下啦。我们8月中下旬才搬过去，由于在
downtown上班，才想找离得不要太远的房子。估计最远就到millbrae了。现在我已经把
预算提到2500了。最最主要还是考虑LD上班方便省时间的问题。以后买房子可以在
millbrae或者再靠南边一点的地方选择。 现在第一个就是要上班方便或者周围购物方
便有中国超市什么的。我也考虑住到bart门口的luxury apt里面去 这样LD上班可以做
地铁 我可以开车出去乱逛。不过现在租房子还有点早 所以还没找到，都是我在满世界

Millbrae 的天气，购物，居民素质，生活方便程度要比San Bruno, Daly City 好很多

Daly City就不要去了，整天雾兮兮的，家里东西都容易发霉。
