标 题: 不管谁做CEO，反正现在还不入场MSFT的，都不要玩股票了。

这种公司不去long，每天傻乎乎的讨论。
都不知道你们要干啥。

may be just the beginning, and it has nothing to do with being
in Seattle.
MSFT hasn't done anything right in a long time. Windows phone, Surfaces
are big jokes. Xbox One came out lost. Bing and everything MSN are
chronical losers. Office suites will almost certainly lose ground in
short term. Even for Windows, it is not clear that it will maintain
its dominance in long term.

MSFT was about at that stage, with current CEO doing nothing and activist
pushing CEO out. The fact that the activists are working on it probably
indicate it was not too bad yet.
You may have Carol Bartz years, you may have Scott Thompson years, before
you may have the Marissa Mayer years. And it may even have a few Leo
Apotheker years or Ron Johnson years.
MS is not too bad right now. It is in better shape than Yahoo, HP,
JC Penney when their turmoil started. And MS is 10x of yahoo, more
difficult to turnaround. Even after so many years, Yahoo, HP are still
really not over of their trouble yet. For MS, if it follows the trajectory
of those companies, right now it is only the beginning of the epic
downfall.

软软的product+service，product是一个广义的概念，不是非要一个手机，一个平板。
而service更广阔了，人家的cloud charge by min，随意分割大小的。 |

tablet和smart phone盛行 买laptop或desktop减少
两大长期利空
MSFT的product大家都不喜欢 bing有这么好的优势还是差yahoo几条街 |

windows server 一直还行。 win 8 很烂， 特别是在laptop/PC上,
google windows 8 how to 的 top search 是 how to shut down.
