标 题: 为什么我的ticket没有 Trial by Declaration的选项？在加州

今天终于收到court notice。但是我的notice 上没有Trial by Declaration的选项。
选项包括：
Proof of Correction; Amount Due with Proof of Correct N/A.所以这项我不能选
To Pay Your Ticket (Bail Forfeiture): Amount Due for Bail Forfeiture $238
Request Court Appearance: Amount Due for a Court Appearance $238
You appearance is : Optional
To request an Arraignment date without posting bail, you may appear in
person at the Clerk's office. You may also mail the "Amount Due for a Court
Appearance" and select the hearing type from the two options below to
schedule a court appearance by mail. If you appearance is mandatory, you
must arrange a court appearance date. No other options are available to you
and you are not eligible for a Trial by Declaration
Arraignment - Appearance to hear you charges advisement of rights and
entry of plea
court trial - Content the citation
Traffic School: Amount Due for Traffic School $290
第三个选项好像说我不能Trial by Declaration。不是说这个TBD是法律规定的选项吗

发帖数: 352 | 3 They do not want to tell you about this option. But you can still download
the form from their website. Then either mail or bring the form to court
office. I did it once that I downloaded form, fill it out, then bring to the
court (office), and asked clerk processed with stamp on my form, get a copy
of the form.
You need to pay the correct fine amount (after verify with the clerk. I
originally wrote the wrong amount). Then court will refund you after you win
.

打电话去court, request trial by written declaration,会给你一个新的trial date
,给你寄过来form,然后你写写，寄回去，附上支票，最好注明如果输了,你还要上
traffic school。在新的trial date之前寄出就好了。 |
