go
to downtown SJ and north SJ (Cisco). 85 is jammed from the intersection 85
and 17 to north 101 during the traffic hours. extra 5 miles from 17 & 85
intersection won't get traffic worse.
School district may not suit your need. It is a good school district with
the more enrollment of Hispanic people. The private high school Valley
Christian is not too far way. Shopping is very conveneint. If you want to
chinese food, drive east to Evergreen side for chinese super market. Gilroy
outlets are easy access if you enjoy shopping discount goods, and weekends
to Monterey for day vacation.
The area is suited for people enjoying outdoor activities. The price of the
house is one third of PA. If you have jobs around SJ, it is a good buy, and
save extra money to invest in rental houses and stock market. If some day,
SJ starts building industrial park on the southern tip of th San Jose, you
make a winning bet.
Make effort to look for jobs in neflix, cisco, adobe, etcs. |

发帖数: 2664 | 3 具体房子如何要看房检. 这个区小学还不错,中国人也越来越多,购物比较方便,附近有
个新COSTCO正在建.公立高中不太好,但是上private high school (Valley Christian)
还是比较便宜的($2万多/year)
Dunn这个路是小区里的主路,可能车会有一些,但是你这个位置比较靠顶端,可能车也不
多,要自己去看看.
离小学很近,方便走路上学,离高中也不远.位置还不错.
前院后院都弄得挺干净漂亮的,里面装修也算不错. |

发帖数: 214 | 4 这个地方房子不错，周围环境很好，大多数是高端的amingo,很多是在附近KAISER，
POLISE，或者学校。邻里关系非常融洽，夏天还相互放露天电影，搞PARTY。

发帖数: 131 | 6 房子不可一概而论“怎样”，前面的几位都说的很好，这个社区如果你对交通没有特别
的需求的话可以考虑，价格非常affordable，1M内可以买到decent房子，不过如果在意
社区和学区的话，不妨考虑下Leland High School的地方。 Santa Teresa High的
Hispanic有近一半，白人25%， Asian很少，注意“能看到中国人”和“中国人经常活
动的社区”还是有很大区别的。

发帖数: 258 | 10 95120 is convenient for people work in Netflix, Apple, Adobe, Cisco and
companies in SJ/Santa Clara/Campbell. There are many good companies except
google and fb.
The school district is excellent.
