corporation. These shares entitle you to a proprietary lease, which relates

比普通的HOA还恶心很多
要是大家一起买，把HOA控制住，还比较好
否则到时候想卖出的时候，HOA的老头老太（既得利益者）不同意你卖，到时就哭去吧
