/ Senior Account Director, you bring a consistent track record of success in
leading people and accounts to a better place. You will be tasked with
managing key client relationships and guide other team members to support
you. You're passionate about doing great work, tenacious in finding answers
and calm under pressure. Most importantly, you are able to lead, inspire and
bring out the best in the people and teams around you.
What you'll do
¿ Accountable for the overall health of the client relationship and the
sustained growth and profitability of the account.
¿ Provide intelligent and innovative insights and observations based on
a thorough understanding of the client's challenges and goals.
¿ Earn the confidence and serve as the client's consultative and
trusted business partner.
¿ Use data to provide a grounded marketing perspective and add
strategic value at every step of the
creative development process.
¿ Plays an influential role during the strategic planning of all new
projects or engagements.
¿ Define project and resource requirements, cost estimates and
budgeting.
¿ Identify, assess and focus on new projects and revenue opportunities.
¿ Supervise, develop, train and manage performance reviews of direct
reports.
¿ Partners and collaborates with inter-agency team, peers, executives
to create smart, innovative
marketing programs and creative work that delivers results.

What you ideally offer
¿ Effective communicative skills and leadership qualities that garners

¿ Long history of forging relationships with clients and vendors.
¿ Bachelor degree along with 10 to 15 years of marketing experience and
/or agency account management.
¿ 5+ years of experience in supervisory role.
¿ Progressive track record of success in leadership positions leading
client engagements at a creative or strategy based agency.
¿ First hand cultural knowledge and fluency in one Asian language is
desired.
¿ Hands-on experience in the area of financial services and/or banking
is a plus.
