Sammamish high are No.1 high school at east side.
Odle if not with gift program, I guess it will be top ranking too.

窗户小 户型还是带basement的
basement最不划算了 占面积 会把价格抬上去 实际上的使用率很低
尤其离地近 秋冬天会非常的潮
之前看过一个带basement的房子 basement的房间 地毯都是湿乎乎的 |

School district is good (somebody will argue not as good as Bellevue, but
let's wait and see, Bellevue become more and more low income school district
). Last year, you still can find some decent deals ($600K-$800K) around that
area. But seems most of them are gone.
