bus to get to work. My parents might move in with me soon too and they don't
drive. So There are few things to help me decide where to buy a house (Down
to the street/neighborhood level)
1. Good school for elementary and middle school (>=8 using greatschools
rating)
2. Easy commute with bus running regularly (<=45 minutes door to door)
3. Walkable to nearby park or bus etc.
4. Newer houses with price less than $650K (Newer than 1990 and not cookie
cutter type)
Right now, I have south sammamish (plateau) near issaquah highland Park N
ride fit in above. I am looking for other options like Kenmore, Bothell or
whatever that could also work. Anyone in here have a specific neighborhood
with builders's name to share? |

as "Downtown" now.

just another bedroom town- little bigger than others. No offense to people
who think Bellevue is the center.

look like a walkable distance (<10 minutes). Also, The elementary school is
Kenmore elementary, which has a rating of 7.
Bentley and Polygon have some new homes near I-405 exit 22, with a park &
ride right next to the exit.The schools serving these two communities have
ratings all above 8. However, the price are somewhat higher than your budget
, in the 700s and 800s.
