ERF, monthly dividend is around 1%
buy before Ex-dividend day every month and immediately sell deep in the
month covered call. Your ERF will be called away during OE week. But after
the OE week, you can buy ERF back and sell covered call again...
If you use margin to buy ERF, you will get all dividend 9% per year without

over 15-20% annual return. in the worst case, it is around 8% (option spread
). It is a low risk, OK return type investment, good for IRA.
