estimated tax for this year and really don't know what to do with the cash
on hand.
Not many good real estate deal recently, not many good investment properties
are in the market right now. The housing sell went up 40% last month in the
twin city.

I still firmly believe real estate is the way to go, of course, I hold GLD/
