两个问题：
（1）66+66.4+50+673.5=855.9。比882.8少30个million。如果Revenue可以cover cost
，又没有偿还long term debt，难道是全花在R&D上了？
（2）关于Tudou的投资。66.4/9%=738 million。Yahoo Finance现实Tudou market cap
是234 million。 Google Finance显示 431 million。还有哪里可以显示出接近738的
market cap？投资损失什么时候完全write down呢? | f****n

(2) 一般来讲acquire大量的股票价格都比open market的价格高。高得部分是good

（2）不知道它按什么方式合并报的。粗略看不像是把Tudou合并报了。如果是这样的话
应该没有Goodwill吧。应该只是报66.4的投资吧。
