increasing rate effect has been priced in. Look at the basics for banks:
housing market is ok but not as good as months ago, underwriting business is
dropping and trading is not good either. If market makes a small correction
, banks will get a hit, so the upside is limited but downside is large. I
will not increase my investment in any of the banks now.
