外交路线是收缩防守以外为内服务的
证明比如他历次讲话 比如他都不知道俄军已经进入syria.
对于美台，和美日美韩一样，交保护费(军购)换军事保护.本来包括大陆tg是有一个多
方默契的平衡点的，现在trump上台，新总统新deal，保护费要涨价了。
平白无故不好涨，当然先挑动安全威胁. |
